Founded and led by Ethan Ives, our team brings together deep local roots, advanced technology, and strong community leadership.

Ethan began his career in 2008 supporting agents through information technology and marketing, later transitioning into leadership roles that helped shape how brokerages and agents operate. Since 2014, hes served clients directly as a Realtor, blending years of technical and operational expertise with a passion for helping others succeed.

Today, the 417RealEstate.com Team serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Rogersville, Table Rock Lake, and surrounding communities covering roughly a 90-minute radius throughout Southwest Missouri.

Our team is anchored by Bryan VanDyne, Team Manager and Board Director for the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors, and a graduate of the Missouri Realtors Leadership Academy. Together, Ethan and Bryan guide the team with a shared focus on professionalism, collaboration, and service.
